Shipping Policy
GEARFLAG will normally ship out the item 2 business days after the payment is made by customer. If the item is out of stock during the time the payment is made, GEARFLAG will notify customer for the delay of delivery.

Standard Shipping: 8 - 15 business days by Registered Air Postage. Uninsured. Tracking number will be provided to customer.

Expedited Shipping: 3 - 7 business days by DHL, FEDEX, UPS or EMS. Uninsured. Online tracking number will be provided to customer.

Please note that we will not responsible for uninsured package lost by shipping / delivery company.

For holiday such as Christmas, New Years and other local holiday season, the expected delivery time may be longer depending on how busy is the post office or courier service providers. The above delivery time are based on estimation, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

We are not responsible to any import tariff or duties, VAT and other charged by your country customs. Those charges are normally collected by the shipping companies when sending to you or picking up. These charges are NOT additional shipping charges. Checking with your country custom for possible additional charges is highly recommended before buying from us.

We can deliver worldwide. However, we cannot list all the countries shipping charge at one time. Therefore, if you are not locating in one of the following countries, please email to us at shipping@gearflag.com for shipping charges of delivery to your countries.
Countries where shipping cost can be calculated automatically: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, UK, USA

Item Return Policy
You (customer) should notify product damage within 24 hours of receipt to GEARFLAG for shipping damage claims. At the same time, we suggest you should file a claim to local delivery company as well. **

For certain items, customer are under 30-days money-back guarantee. 15% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective items.
Customer is responsible to the returning shipping cost.

Dead-On-Arrival items claimed by customer will be arranged for same item replacement. Customer should email to GEARFLAG within 10 days of receipt first for replacement arrangement.

Unsatisfied customer toward the product delivered from GEARFLAG should notify GEARFLAG within 10 days of receipt. Customer may return it for a replacement of the same or different items. 15% of restocking fee will be applied to returned item if refund is requested by customer. Customers are responsible to all the shipping cost. **

Please note that we will only ship out the replacement after we have received the returned item from customer.

Item returning condition:
We must make sure every returned item to be at it¡¦s original condition. Therefore customer must make sure the returned item to be in original condition, including all packaging, manual, plastic bag or paper box etc. If customer does not send back the item within 10 working days or part of the packaging is missing, GEARFLAG cannot consider such item as returned item, the money back guarantee will be void and the package will be sent back to customer.
All items with "Free Shipping" meaning we provide free shipping to you for first delivery. For any unclaimed or refused acceptance item and end up returning to us, we will charge additional shipping cost for resending to you. If you request refund for such reason instead, we will charge the first time shipping cost.
Installation by professional is highly recommended. We will not be responsible for the damage caused by non-professional installation.

**Before your return, you must email to GEARFLAG customer support support@gearflag.com to get your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for your return to be processed.
